How to assign Writing activities to my students

In order to assign writing activities to your students (How to add students) through the teacher writing toolkit, please do the following steps as per the screenshots:

From your teacher account

1. Sign in to Littlescribe platform, then click on the "Teacher Writing Toolkit" icon
      

2. Click "DailyScribe", "Mini Review", "WeeklyScribe", "FestivalScibe" as per your subscription, or click on any Writing activity icon of your choice.
      

3. Click on "Set / remove this activity"underneath the activity
      

4. Click on "Select all" if you want to set/assign the activity to the whole class, or select individual students by checking the boxed beside their names.

5. Click on "Set activity"
      

6. If the set/assign operation completed successfully, a message in the green bar will be displayed, and the "Date Set" column will be filled with the assignment's date
      

7. If you go to back to the previous window, you should notice that there are orange dots in the activity row for each student that you assigned the activity.
      



Then for the student to view and submit a response for the assigned activity:

From the student account

      8. Sign in using student's username and password, then click on "My Writing Activities"
            


      9. Click on the assigned activity underneath "Activities set by my teacher"
            


      10. Type the response to the writing activity 

      11. Click Submit so it is sent back to the teacher for review.
