Are you facing any of these issues?

1. Your book or project is not appearing in your library.
   
2. The upload is taking a long time.
   
3. The app is stuck on page 1 of x when loading pages.
   
4. You edited the pages of a draft book but they haven't been uploaded to the platform.
   

Steps to try to fix issues

1. Try to hard close the app by following the steps in this link as per your device version, re-open the app and see if the upload resumes.
   
2. Delete and reinstall the Littlescribe App - when you do this you won't lose any photos of pages you have taken as they remain on your device. However, any draft projects you have created that have not already been uploaded to the platform will be lost. You can recreate them and apply any edits and then try the upload again.
   
3. If you do not have the Apple iCloud password that allows you to re-install the Littlescribe App or you have lots of draft books waiting to upload, contact us as we may be able to help with doing some magic on settings of the mobile app.
