"Oops, something went wrong. Please contact our support team" error when opening Littlescribe app on iPad
One of the most common reasons for this message is because the Littlescribe App on iPad cannot connect to the internet. This is usually because the iPad cannot access the internet.
You can try to open Safari and go to an example page such as https://www.abc.net.au/ to check if the internet is working. If it is not working you should be prompted to sign-in with your Department / Organisation specific website to authenticate and then gain internet access.
If you can browse websites, but the Littlescribe app still displays an error message using the same iPad, please contact our support team to help you resolve the issue.
